A 3 bedroomed penthouse walk up apartment (2 doubles and a single), 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath and overhead shower), spacious lounge / dining area, large and well-equipped modern kitchen, balconies, with furniture off the main and single bedrooms plus the lounge for those early morning coffees in the sun. Contemporary and intimate lighting throughout.

The lounge has satellite flat screen TV (main UK and Spanish channels), DVD, music system, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Wifi internet available.

There is heating throughout for the winter months and ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms for the summer months. Air conditioning in the lounge.

The large private roof terrace is stylishly furnished with a dining area, sunbeds, gas BBQ and shower. The apartment has magnificent views to the mountains, over the rooftops and of the ancient floodlit church tower at the top of the Rambla Principal. Underground car parking 5 minutes away and limited street parking.

1 minute stroll from the Rambla Principal, the main promenading area with cafés and shops and a 15-20 minute walk from the beach and seafront restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the rail / bus station with direct lines (approx. every 20 minutes) to Sitges and Barcelona.

We welcome children, however, please be aware that the terrace walls and balcony railings are approx. 1 metre high. We can provide some equipment for babies please enquire. We are sorry that the apartment does not have disability access. This apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and both smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
