This lovely penthouse apartment (3rd floor with lift) is located in a smart apartment block, in a quieter part of town, but only a 5 minute walk to the centre of town and 10 minutes to the seafront and club life.

There are 2 double bedrooms (1 convertible to twin beds if required). It has recently being partly refurbished and decorated. As well as the terrace, this apartment has a large balcony off the lounge for alfresco dining and a small balcony off the main bedroom for morning coffees and delicious pastries from the local baker.

Recently partly refurbished, this beautiful apartment is ideal for a family or friends who want to be close to the centre of Sitges and beach but like a quieter environment.

The large roof terrace has amazing panoramic views of the sea and across the roof tops of Sitges. There are sunbeds, BBQ facilities and a dining area, great for alfreso meals and soaking up the sun. Pull over canopies offer some shade when the sun is at its highest.

Comfortably furnished and extremely well-equipped, in a great location for a summer holiday. Only a 5 minute walk to the rail / bus station with direct lines (every 20 minutes) to Barcelona. 

The lounge / dining area is spacious and comfortable with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Patio doors lead out onto a large balcony. This is furnished with table and chairs for al fresco breakfasts in the sun, or cool sundowners. Then stroll into town or the beach front bars for pre-dinner drinks.

The apartment contains 2 bedrooms, both double but the second bedroom can be converted into 2 twins if needed. The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with all modern amenities (dishwasher, large fridge /freezer, microwave, full gas hob and oven, additional drinks fridge, washing machine etc.)

Parking available in the street or public car parks within a 10 minute walk.

Air conditioning throughout provides cool air in the summer and gas central heating for the winter. Free standing fans available as an option.

Medium to long term lets available between October and April.
