This spacious and airy apartment is located in a perfect position, only 5 minutes away from the centre of town and 200 meters from the beach. It is located on the 1st floor and has fantastic views of the Sitges bay. With 3 bedrooms, communal garden and swimming pool, it is perfect for a family or some friends for a getaway to the peaceful town of Sitges.

Location

It is located perfectly between the Sitges Marina and Playa San Sebastian in a quaint area of Sitges. It is away from the hustle and bustle but yet it is only minutes from the centre of town.

Accommodation

This apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds and 1 single bed.

There are fantastic views of the sea, communal garden and pool from the master bedroom, living room and balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, toaster, fridge, freezer and more. The living room is spacious and sunny with TV and DVD which leads out to a balcony which has sea views. On the balcony there is a table and 4 chairs, perfect for the lovely evenings watching the sunset. There are 2 fully-equipped bathrooms, with bath and shower (one of which is en-suite).
The beach is only a stones throw away at 200m, if you want a relaxing holiday listening to the gentle crash of the waves.

If you don´t want to visit the beach, there is the option of a large communal swimming pool, which is surrounded by a beautifully kept garden. This is a private, secure area for you to relax in.

This apartment is close to local supermarkets and there are also restaurants and bars nearby.

There is street parking located around the property if required.

We enjoyed the large bedrooms, living room and the very well equipped kitchen. The terrace was the nice place to enjoy the coffee with brilliant sea and town view. We appreciated the weekly service of the apartment and the fact that we didn't need to buy cleaning products (they were provided in the flat).
