Casa Roca is the kind of living the most of us dream of. Accommodation
The house is located 30 Km. (19 miles) from Barcelona airport and 38 Km. (24 miles) from the city of Barcelona -30 minutes by train-.Our objective is to offer the maximum quality of lodging with all the comfort of home without the inconvenience and limitations of the hotels.
The main area has in its ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, toilette with shower, room for ironing, and laundry area; dinning room with table suitable for twelve people and a salon with lofted ceiling that communicates to the first floor through the stairs and a balcony. The first floor has four bedrooms (three double rooms; one quadruple room, perfect for kids); two full bathrooms: “Green Bathroom” and “Blue Bathroom.”
Annexed to the main house, there is the bungalow that has its own and special bathroom with natural stoned wall; a little kitchen and the large mixed area, bedroom and salon, that is opened to the garden and swimming pool, both shared with the main house as is rented all together.
The garden has beach chairs; wooded and garden area; a place to eat outdoors, to enjoy a barbecue next to the overflowing swimming pool 16 meters (52.5 feet) long with various depths, to freshen up laying down, sitting or swimming…
BEDROOMS
The house contains four bedrooms and a bungalow. Each two bedrooms share one bathroom and hall. The bungalow has a full bathroom, kitchen and small salon.
All the bedrooms have closet, adjustable stereo sound and air conditioning.
The ground floor has:
A 35m² bungalow with private entrance is next to the main house. The bungalow has a double bed (1.60 m width), walk in closet, bathroom with a large shower. It also has a private kitchen and small salon with table, armchair and TV. It has direct exit to the garden and enjoys of excellent views to the bay of Sitges.
The first floor has:
A bedroom of 15m², with double bed, closet and excellent views and a bedroom of 10m² with two bunk beds. Both rooms share a big bathroom inlaid in natural rock that has a bath tub and WC.
A bedroom of 16m², with double bed, closet and excellent views and a bedroom of 8m² (with 2 bunk beds). These two bedrooms share a bathroom inlaid in natural rock with bath tub and separated WC.
