Ground floor
The villa has a very large living / shared dining room, which opens out onto the main pool terrace. It is equipped with a large flat screen T.V. (Sky TV).
The kitchen / breakfast area is equipped with a wide range of modern appliances and leads out onto the pool area through patio doors. Here there is also a sheltered eating area with a large table and chairs.
There is a master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom including power shower massage unit and attached a large walk-in wardrobe. This bedroom is located on the ground floor with patio doors that open to the main balcony.
The bedroom has a flat screen T.V mounted on the wall.
There is an independent utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

Top floor
There is a large hallway from the front door that takes you up an impressive staircase to the top floor.
Here there are two identical bedrooms with single beds which pull out to make a twin, which both lead out onto a big terrace. Both bedrooms have good sized, built-in wardrobes.
Also on the second floor there is a large family bedroom. This includes a double bed and a set of bunk beds which lead out onto a terrace. A cot can be arranged if required.
The master bathroom consists of a shower, basin, toilet and bidet service these rooms.
All the bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning. There are also electric shutters for all the windows in the villa.
The villa has its own parking space, with plenty of off road parking also available.
Gardens and pool area.
This villa in Hospitalet de L´Infant has a pool which is surrounded by a very large terrace all the way to the front of the villa. There is a large table and chairs for eating outside and a range of sun beds. There is a gas barbeque and an external shower unit.
