MontGavina Villa, Sitges, Spain

A traditional Catalan Villa located in the quaint and relaxing Sitges Hills, just a 10 minute walk from the nearest beach. The owner lives on the same plot, with garden and swimming pool and beautiful views of the sea. It is located on the border of the Garraf National Park.

Location

This classically traditional Villa has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single), sleeping 5 people, and 1 bathoom upstairs, with 2 of the bedrooms having access to the spacious and stunning terrace where you can see the sea and the surrounding urbanisation. On the first floor there is a complete kitchen and living room, with TV and DVD. Internet access is also available in the garden.

The living room gives access to the garden and patio, where you can relax under the shade of the 26 large trees or enjoy the sun by the pool. There is also an outside BBQ which you can use in the garden. Around the pool there are sun loungers to sunbathe on, and patio furniture for al fresco dining. The owner Jose, and his wife and feline friends will always greet you warmly.

There is on-street parking and the road at the Villa is very quiet, like the urbanisation.

There is a con-joined house on the same plot of land, which is available to rent if you have a bigger party. This house will only be rented out when there is one big group or 2 families who wish to holiday together. The second Villa is in the same traditional style as the first and has 2 doube bedrooms, sleeping 4 people, and 1 bathroom, all on one floor. The Villa can be cleaned daily by the on-site cleaner at a fee, who can also babysit during your stay at the Villa also for an extra fee. If you want an ´adults only´ night in Sitges, you can, and feel rest-assured that your children are safe. More information is available about babysitting duties on request.

This Villa is located away from the hustle and bustle and perfect for a summer getaway with family or friends.

Perfect. Included transportation from the train station to the villa and some necessities in the fridge. :)
Nice and comfortable house, would be willing to pay more if the house had air conditioning.

Montgovina was great, and so was the hospitality! Thanks to Liz, Katie, Mark and most of all Joseh the owner and his wife for making us so welcome, we felt very much at home, time went by so fast. May God bless you all, great team work and hospitality. Would certainly recommend others to stay here.
