This spacious town house is located in the Sitges hills, 1.2 km (20 min walk, 5 min bus ride) from the nearest beach, the restaurants in Port Sitges, the town centre, and the train station. The regular bus stops 20 metres from the house. There is a horse-riding stable 5 minutes’ walk from the front door, with riding and hiking paths leading straight into the Garraf National Park from there. The 18-hole golf course is a 10 minute drive, wine tasting in the Penedès only 20 minutes away, and Barcelona a 40 minute train ride.

The house is light and airy, and spread over 4 floors, with 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and plenty of outside space, including an enclosed garden, a large balcony, a leafy inner courtyard and a large private terrace with spectacular hill and sea views. The furnishing is light and modern, and the decoration artistic. There is a large (shared) swimming pool.

•    The lower floor, which also provides access to the garden and the swimming pool, contains one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

•    The first floor contains the large living room with balcony, the kitchen and the inner courtyard.

•    On the second floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a double and a single bedroom that share another bathroom.

•    The third floor contains a large second living room with double sofa bed, and gives access to the sunny terrace.

There is wi-fi internet, wide screen satellite TV, DVD, iPod speaker dock, washing machine, tumble dryer, fans, iron and ironing board, BBQ, sun beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, multi-purpose kitchen machine, juice-maker, toaster, coffee machine, and espresso machine.

This Villa now comes with A/C throughout!

This property is in a quiet residential area, suitable for family groups or friends. As the house has the use of a communal pool, displays of affection, including petting and nakedness, are not permitted in this area.

Large, clean. The photos on the web site don't do it justice - a lovely property in a very nice location.
The photos can't bring to life how lovely this villa is. The pool is huge and very quiet.
