One of the important pillars of Search Sitges is its ability to be able to offer end-to-end facilities for all people who want to rent their properties in the Sitges area. In this area of our business we also offer maintenance, repair and renovation services. This service is also available to people who reside in their own premises.
The maintenance, repair and renovation service that we are able to offer will be conducted by our own experienced staff under the qualified supervision of Mark Scott.
Mark Scott, a member of the Scott family who own and Run Search Sitges, runs our maintenance, repair and renovation service. Mark qualified as an electrical and plumber / heating engineer through the VIY training centre in the UK and is well known within the area for delivering a consistent high standard of work, at reasonable cost through his workforce.
Care should be taken when considering who you contract for maintenance and repair work. Spain has many people who portray themselves as qualified tradesmen, who can turn their hand to most things. This is generally not the case and can lead to bad time-keeping, over inflated, disputed final bills and often sub-standard workmanship. Please be careful when choosing who you deal with, take references, see qualifications and give consideration to the security of your home.
Search Sitges will always give you a formalised quote for all work, so there should be no disagreements. This may be a fixed price, but will include some area of lea-way for problems that may arise during the work, or we will offer a daily work rate and charge for the specific work required to complete the task. Quotes can include fittings or the individual is welcome to purchase items themselves and Mark will only charge the daily rate for Mark and his team.
