Terms & Conditions for Property Sales and Distressed Sales Customers
Welcome to Search Sitges SL, a family run business where our aim is to make your property Sale or Purchase run as smoothly as possible, allowing you plenty of time to enjoy yourself in this most beautiful part of Spain. To accomplish this we aim for total openness and transparency in all our dealings. Our core aim is for our valued customers to keep using Search Sitges for all their Property Sales/Purchase needs and we pride ourselves on recommendations being the highest form of praise, for our services.The Property Sales market in Sitges is wide ranging. In principal the market place is consistent in the way that agents such as Search Sitges introduce Buyers to Property Owners, to engage in a Sales Agreement.
For this service, the following charges will be applied by the Agent.
Property value:
Up to €500,000 - a charge equivalent to 3% of the total property sales value plus IVA (21%)
€501,000 - €1,000,000 - a charge equivalent to 2% of the total property sales value plus IVA (21%).
Properties over €1,000,001, the percentage charge will be negotiated on an individual basis.
This charge will be paid by the Vendor directly to Search Sitges SL on completion of the sale.
Additional services, including negotiations or investigations on behalf of the client e.g. utilities, discussions with solicitors, discussing project work with contractors etc.
The first hour will be free, however all subseqent time spend acting on behalf og the client, will be charged at €20 per hour, rounded up to the nearest half an hour.
