This 4 bedroom townhouse is situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Sitges, just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Sitges and 5 minutes to the train station.
Our inspiration was to create a bright, peaceful space that make our guests feel at “home”. Whether you are looking for a place to stay during your holiday or you’re here for a couple of months stay, this apartment is well situated & equipped to serve all your needs. This comfortable and tastefully decorated house leaves nothing to be desired and that too at an affordable price.
This modern townhouse is distributed on 2 floors, equipped with central Air Conditioning & heating & Wireless Internet for the guest’s comfort.
The house is entirely laid out with marble floors throughout and has been decorated with a chic minimal style with all of the expected amenities and top range appliance to make you feel at home. The ground floor comprises of a south facing sunny, comfortable living room which leads into a dining space.
This living room provides direct access to a terrace and a garden. The kitchen is spacious also with a dining area & access to another terrace to enjoy a morning breakfast. A powder room is also available on the ground floor.
Going on to the second floor there is the master room with an en-suite bathroom, 2 double bedrooms & a single bedroom with a shared bathroom. The house easily accommodates 8 people.
The villa also provides with an underground parking space, however spaces for parking are readily available on both the adjacent streets. Our guests have access to WIFI – Flat screen TV – Books and DVDs – Washing machine / dryer – Hairdryer – Linens & Towels, Vacuum cleaner, Terrace & a Garden.
Sitges cultural attractions, majority of its restaurants and nightlife are easily accessible by walking, although for some of the more secluded beaches you may wish to take a taxi. Taxis are safe and reliable and come around 10 euros. The local buses are frequent. There are three bus routes in Sitges.
Sitges is considered a jewel in Spain. It has managed to preserve its scenic ambience and its artistic and cultural heritage. Sitges enjoys a year-round tourist trade. Since the town has a calendar dense with cultural activities and festivals. Its Carnival has achieved world renown; its old-car rallies have drawn throngs, as have the floral street carpeting during Corpus Christi, the International Film Festival.
The warm climate, the beaches, the picturesque streets and a bustling commercial area make Sitges one of the best places to visit all year-round.
