Fully equipped kitchen includes gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine. Includes dining area with seating for 8. Garden views from every room.

Brooms, dust pans, buckets, mops and all kinds of cleaning materials are available.

The living room is a combination of a sitting room, game room and a TV center. One of the sofas, pulls out into a double bed. A separate exit opens onto a stepped path which can lead to three different garden areas as well as to the swimming pool.

Each of the three levels has an area of 30m2. Each level has its own exit to garden areas. No smoking inside the villa, please. When making travel plans, please keep in mind that access to the only bathroom is through the 3rd level bedroom.

All towels linen and pillows, etc are provided. Property will be clean for every client. Towels and linens can be exchanged as required by client. Washing machine is available on a daily basis. Special cleaning on request. A final cleaning rate of 50 euro will be charged before departure.

Children gladly accepted. Baby sitting services are available. Please notify us of this possibility at time of booking.

We will provide a book with timetables and directions to some of the more intriguing restaurants in the area.
