Enchanting rustic semi-detached house in Sant Pere de Ribes. This
house is located in a quiet and peaceful area, only 0.5 km from St.
Pere de Ribes town centre, and 3km from Sitges.
The living-dining area, are distributed in 2 levels, It has a
fireplace and access to a terrace of 50 m2 with a Jacuzzi. From there
you can enjoy the views overlooking the fields, Sitges, and the sea.
The house is also equipped with a complete gym, where you can see the
same wonderful views as the terrace. But if you prefer fresh air, the
house is located in the middle of many country paths to walk or
practice BTT.
The property, although it is brand new, is built in an old farmhouse style with wooden beams and rustic floors.
Accommodation
The rooms are distributed in different half-levels, which awards independence to the bedrooms:
1 Bedroom is equipped with a double sized bed, on the same level you
can find a full bathroom equipped with multi-function shower.
1 master bedroom is equipped with queen size bed, and a full
bathroom with bath en-suite. The room is wide enough to place
comfortably a baby bed if needed.
1 bedroom with double size futon bed is available on the top floor.
2 supplementary beds and baby bed are available upon request.
Facilities:
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
Fully
equipped kitchen includes oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine
and dishwasher. Also washing and drying machine are available.
Brooms,
dust-pans, buckets, mops and all kinds of cleaning materials are
available.
