Accommodation

This stunning 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with sea views is situated on the 3rd floor (accessible for disabled people, as it has a lift) 10 minutes from the centre of town, 2 minutes from the Consum supermarket and 3 minutes away from the nearest restaurant/bar.

 As the owner has refurbished this apartment to a very high standard giving it a real charm, with classical, rustic looking furniture throughout.
 
The master bedroom with sea views, has a double bed with wooden side cabinets, a chest of draws and plenty of wardrobe space which leads out onto the terrace.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed.

Bedroom 3 is small with a single bed but spacious wardrobes. The wardrobe doors are fitted and beautifully designed.

Kitchen is spacious with all the mod cons. Microwave, washing machine, dryer, oven, cooking utensils etc.
 
The living room almost has a subtle French feel with a large book case, oak desk & coffee table. There is sufficient seating area for 5 people with a large dining table seating 6. There is a flat screen TV with a DVD player.

As you walk into the apartment there is a bathroom to your left which consists of a wc, large shower & a sink. The main bathroom consists of a sink, wc, bidet and a full size bath/shower.
