This unique cottage on the coast in Sitges, Spain, was built in the year 1640. Located in Sitges old town, it’s just 50m from the beach, so ideally situated for a fantastic holiday.
This unique house has 6 master bedrooms, 4 en suite bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. The bathrooms have either a walk in shower or a bathtub. It has been completely renovated, with AC and central heating everywhere.
It has a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor , and another kitchen on the second floor which opens onto the lovely roof terrace. In fact, this is a brilliant chill out area, perfect for celebrations or dining in good company with your loved ones, under the sunlight.
The original terrazo tiles have been kept, together with the wooden beams painted in blue.
There’s even an interior patio which is ideal for hanging out with friends or when you would fancy some privacy with your soul mate off the living room. This last one is a chic and cosy place you will love spend the evenings in, when you are not sunbathing in the beach. It offers plenty of sofa places for everyone, a large flat TV screen and a working fireplace.
Don’t miss the arch design of the ceiling that welcomes you into this home from home villa. Every inch of this house has been specially designed to ooze the interior plan with a heart-warming atmosphere. Even the shade of blue painting used is not the usual one, the locals call it blue Sitges and recalls the sea.
